Food lactic acid is used as a natural preservative, it is in fact present in various foods, for example in yogurt, baked goods or pickled vegetables.

Category

L(-)-MALIC ACID is already present in grapes and wine, both in the free and salified state. As an adjuvant, its use is envisaged in numerous food applications as an acidity regulator. It comes in the form of a white, odorless powder with mixed particle size.
